Safe Production

Our "Safe Production" approach treats worker safety and production efficiency as complementary. Safety is our highest priority; quality is our standard.

A construction site changes every day, and we plan for those changes rather than reacting to them. Our stated commitment is simple: everyone goes home at the end of the day as healthy as when they arrived.

PPE and site rules

Hard hats, hi-vis and footwear are standard on every WoodVillage site. The sign set below is used on hoardings, barges and site boundaries.

Marine works zones

Barge, crane and piling operations run inside marked marine zones, with exclusion areas for guest water sports and resort boats.

Live resort working

On operating resorts we plan noise, deliveries and working hours around guest occupancy. Hydraulic jacking keeps piling free of noise and vibration.

Daily planning

A construction site changes every day. We plan for those changes rather than reacting to them, with daily briefings and method statements per activity.

The sign set is used on hoardings, barges and site boundaries. Marine works zones keep guest boats and water sports clear of piling and crane operations.
