What this website records

When you open a page we record the page address, the time, the referring website (domain only), your country, your device type and browser family. We also record how far you scroll, which sections of a page are on screen and for how long, and which links or buttons you use. This tells us which information resort owners and project managers actually read, so we can improve it.

Identifiers

Each visit gets a session identifier derived from your network address, your browser and the current date. It changes every day and your network address itself is never stored. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we also set one first-party cookie (wvv) with a random identifier, kept for one year, so we can tell returning visitors from new ones. In those regions the cookie is set only after you choose "Allow".

What is never recorded

Your name, email or anything you type, unless you send it through the proposal form. We do not read other websites you visit, and we do not sell or share visit data with anyone.

Do Not Track

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded and no analytics scripts load.

Third-party analytics

No third-party analytics scripts are active on this site at the moment.

Proposal requests

What you send through the proposal form (name, organisation, email, phone, project details) is stored so we can reply, and is kept while we are in contact about the project. We may forward it to our email and to a private spreadsheet used as a lead log. Ask us at any time to delete it.

How long we keep visit data

Visit logs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.

Your choices

Use the "Essential only" or "Opt out" option in the cookie notice, enable Do Not Track in your browser, or write to woodvillage0703@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
